Les Riches Heures de La Réole Festival asked Ophélie Gaillard and her ensemble Pulcinella as well as the ensemble De Caelis to interweave two major works, one of contemporary music with the quartet and the other of the Middle Ages with Hildegarde. So this is an unprecedented concert to illustrate the goal set for the Festival, which is celebrating its 10th edition this year: to celebrate the music itself and to demonstrate that, through it, the limits of time have no hold , that the visions of Hildegarde join those of Messiaen putting humanity at the center of the universe.
